Clear and Balance Emotions
This meditation helps you release stuck emotions in your body. These emotions are taking up energetic space and blocking you from your purpose and abundance.
If you cannot identify an emotion, simply move, sway, or breathe into the area of your body that hurts, feels tight, or seems heavy.
Module 4
Awaken Your Chakras
This meditation (same as Module 2):
seals the energetic deep clearing of the last two modules.
continues to clear you in a safe, gentle way.

Activate Your Life Purpose
This meditation is the point of no return - a powerful intention and commitment.
In this meditation, you are dedicating to your life purpose and highest fulfillment.
It activates your body, mind, and energy with your TRUE SELF.
It awakens your DNA with a higher consciousness.
Module 6
Quantum Leap into your best future self.
In this meditation, you use visualization techniques to envision and embody your future self living in purpose and fulfillment.
Visualize a doorway.
Ask to see your best future self.
Open the door and let the scene unfold naturally.

Module 7-10
Before you begin, identify (or journal) one limiting thought or emotion that you wish to clear.

Journaling Prompts
Answer ONE or more of the following questions:
What negative thought or emotion did you release and clear today?
What did you see, feel, or hear in your meditation today?
What lessons and experiences are changing your life for the better?
Is the Universe (or your own body and emotions) sending you messages? If so, what are they?
Write a letter to your past self. What do you wish to say?
Write a letter from your future self to you? How would your future self encourage you?
Who to you hope to BE one day?
What are you doing and experiencing in your best future life possible?
2. Write 3-5 affirmations.
