Take Notes

To keep notes throughout this course:

  1. Click the above button.

  2. Click Sign up (It’s FREE).

  3. Enter your email and a password

  4. Write the date and start recording your journal prompt notes.

  5. Go to the left side of the screen and click under “Private” to make different notes with different labels.

1. Write a letter to your past self using the following guidelines.

Imagine a door and write all the things you wish to leave behind you.

  • Past experiences or regrets

  • The old ways of ancestors, parents, grandparents

  • Old friends, co-workers, bosses

  • Past traumas, hurts, disappointments

Imagine it all behind the door. You may say to it:

“Thank you. You served me well, but I don’t need you anymore. I will see you again as the new me.”

Then imagine yourself shutting the door. Take a deep breathe in and out three times.

2. Write an affirmation that says you are the boss of your new reality.

I am the _________ of my life.

Examples: Boss, Creator, Creatrix, Master, General, Pilot, Top Dog, Chief, Mama Bear, Merlin, Magician, etc.

Say it 3 times.
