Many limiting beliefs and unpleasant emotions stay stuck in our energy field and our subconscious mind. We MUST clear these out to make space for our life purpose to come in.

1. Name 5-6 things that you feel are an obstacle to living a fulfilled life.
2. How would you feel (or act differently) if the obstacles were removed?
3.Read (or write) these dedication affirmations (or create your own).
I dedicate to my life purpose.
I commit to my happiness.
I commit to feeling fulfilled and happy.
I focus on my future.
I deserve to be happy.
I deserve to live the life I choose.
4. Say your affirmations aloud three times.
